Barista

Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On site) | Type: Part Time| Starting at $14/hour | Open Availability Needed 

We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our dealership bistro team. In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for customers and employees by preparing beverages, serving food items, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Bistro Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm; Saturdays 6:30am-5:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Prepare and serve light food items according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro, dining area, and workstations
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Previous barista, cashier, restaurant, café, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic cash handling experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one)
