Dialog Cafe opened up its second location in West LA! We are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for Customer Service, and are able to work in a multi layered, fast paced environment. Our second location shares space with the iconic Equinox Sports Club on Sepulveda Blvd. Must have prior Barista experience in Third Wave Coffee. Dialog's second location is located at 1835 S. Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles CA 90025
We are looking for Baristas to join our team! Must have open availability and be able to close at least 2 shifts a week
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard working and takes initiative.

Starting pay $19, plus tips
Responsibilities
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Light prep work
Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Prepare smoothies and juices in accordance with customer needs
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven working experience as a barista
Able to produce latte art consistently
High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
