As a Barista you will:

• Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of Café menu items as ordered and according to procedure.
• Assist with breakfast room service orders
• Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register.
• Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure.
• Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all Café policies and explains them to members and guests, when asked.
• Enforce café rules and policies. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of SOP's, programs and what to do in the event of an accident, age restrictions, proper handling of complaints, etc.
• Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary.
• Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store.

This is a part-time opportunity with shifts ranging between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for assistance on weekends, holidays and Packer games during the fall season.
