**Job Description:**

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers by preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing friendly and efficient service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies and keep inventory organized to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, troubleshoot minor issues as needed, and report major concerns to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a harmonious team environment.
- Stay informed about coffee industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and specialty coffee products.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and making change.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
