Soldados Coffee is looking for a passionate barista to join our specialty coffee shop and roastery. You'll craft espresso, pour over, and drip coffee using our farm-to-cup, sustainably sourced Colombian beans, while delivering warm, knowledgeable service in an elevated, one-of-a-kind space. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for coffee, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Experience with specialty coffee preferred but not required we're happy to train the right person. Join a team that treats coffee as a craft, and every cup as an experience.

Hours & Positions Available

• Morning Shift: 6:30 AM 12:00 PM
  
• Midday Shift: 11:30 AM 4:30 PM
  
• Two positions open apply for the shift that fits your schedule
  

Responsibilities

• Prep and open the morning coffee station on our La Marzocco espresso machine
  
• Calibrate the grinder to maintain consistent extraction throughout the day
  
• Maintain and clean the cold brew/nitro coffee dispenser
  
• Prepare drip coffee and rotate fresh batches as needed
  
• Prep and stock pastries for service
  
• Keep the entire station neat, clean, and fully stocked at all times
  

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (we stock green coffee and roast in-house)
  
• Outstanding hospitality is a must this is a high-end, cozy environment where guest experience comes first
  
• Specialty coffee experience preferred but not required; we're happy to train the right person
