St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Bariatric and Metabolic Care Team with locations in Albany and Troy. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, outpatient-based care for patients pursuing medical weight loss and metabolic health management.
Position Details:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients seeking medical weight loss and metabolic management
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including nutrition and lifestyle interventions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dietitians, and support staff
- Educate patients on long-term weight management and wellness strategies
- Post surgery follow ups
- Position will be working out of Troy office 3 days per week, and Albany 1 day per week.

Requirements:
- Current New York State NP or PA licensure
- Experience in medical weight management and clinical nutrition is required
- DEA registration required
- Board certification

Competitive Compensation:
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- Compensation range: $134,120 - $155,579 commensurate with experience
- Competitive salary with starting bonus
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality or performance incentives, extra shift incentives, or other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on experience and other factors.
