Responsibilities

•  Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling services 
•  Provide a professional and welcoming experience for every guest 
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and common areas 
•  Manage time effectively to keep appointments running smoothly 
•  Uphold salon standards, policies, and dress code 
•  Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele 
•  Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate 

Qualifications

•  Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (State of California) 
•  Proven experience in men’s grooming (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.) 
•  Strong communication and customer service skills 
•  Professional appearance and attitude 
•  Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
•  Passion for growth and mastering the craft
