About the Role:
Diesel Barbershop at Mooresville Town Square is seeking an experienced Barber or Cosmetologist to join the leadership team as a Shift Supervisor at our Mooresville location.
Our established, high-volume shop serves a loyal, affluent clientele and offers market-leading earning potential. Our reputation is built on talented, experienced professionals who take pride in their craft, deliver consistently excellent work, and hold themselves and one another to high standards.

We expect our Shift Supervisors to set the tone, lead by example, and foster the culture that has made Diesel Barbershop a leader in the Mooresville market and a great place to work.
We're looking for a skilled professional who enjoys working behind the chair but also has the judgment, initiative, and leadership ability to help run a successful shop.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent haircuts, fades, and shaves. Every service, every time.
- Lead the shift. Set the pace, maintain standards, and keep the shop running on schedule.
- Hold yourself and your teammates accountable. Address problems when they happen.
- Make sure every guest is welcomed, respected, and well served.
- Keep the shop remarkably clean.
- Coach your teammates. Share what you know and be willing to learn from others.
- Take ownership of the shop during your shift, including opening, closing, and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Current North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology license
- Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience cutting men's hair.
- The confidence and judgment to lead other professionals.
- Dependability. Show up on time, prepared to work, and ready to lead.
- Respect for coworkers, guests, and the standards of Diesel Barbershop.
- A commitment to doing things right, even when no one is watching.
