Job Type: Full- AND part-time

Pay: Competitive pay depending on qualifications/performance - the more you work, the more you can make. Averaging $30,000–$60,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential-high performers can make $100,000+!

The highly talented stylists and barbers at our South Austin shop (conveniently located off of Brodie Lane in Sunset Valley, a hub for shopping and dining) are the best in the industry, and we're excited to add new members to the team. YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

We have full- and part-time shifts available, and we'd prefer someone who can work closing shifts and come in at least one shift per weekend. Our shop is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday, and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday.

While every day brings something different, you can expect to:

• Cut hair, provide fades, trim beards, and more according to clients' wishes
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and TDLR-compliant
• Deliver an amazing client experience from the minute they come into the shop to the minute they leave

MUST-HAVES:

• Current Texas barber license
• Solid hair-cutting skills and techniques
• Reliable, customer service-focused mentality
• A coachable mindset and an openness to learning new things
• Availability to work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
