Barback

The Barback supports the bartending team by keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and running efficiently throughout service. - Teamwork: You will be working with bartenders, bussers, food runners and servers to make a great dining experience.

The Barback supports the bartending team by keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and running efficiently throughout service. This position works closely with bartenders to maintain a smooth, fast paced bar.

Job Duties

-Restock liquor, beer, wine, juice, ice, glassware and other bar supplies.

-Wash and polish glassware throughout service.

-Prepare batches, garnishes, and other bar ingredients.

-Maintain proper organization, rotation and storage of bar products.

-Assist bartender with opening and closing duties

- Stamina: Expect long, busy days on your feet. You also might need to lift heavy objects like trashbags, kegs, or pallets of stock.

- Teamwork: You will be working with bartenders, bussers, food runners and servers to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.

Salary: $16.9 - $16.9 / Hourly with tips
