Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests
- Greet and engage guests at the bar, providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station at all times
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations
- Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with floor staff as needed
- Handle cash and POS transactions, including tabs, payments, and tips
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ordering bar supplies
Requirements:- Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred but not required
- Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or ability to obtain one
- Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in California (21+)
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, guest-friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
