What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate bar staff during service
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Moxy brand standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Support cocktail execution, quality, and consistency
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with hotel leadership to drive bar revenue and guest engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending and supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, social atmosphere
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus
