Job Title: Bar ManagerDepartment: Condesa RestaurantReports To: General ManagerFLSA Status: Exempt Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position is responsible for leading all beverage operations within a high-end restaurant environment while delivering an elevated guest experience. This position oversees bar service standards, beverage program execution, team leadership, financial performance, inventory controls, and compliance to ensure exceptional hospitality and operational excellence. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.
