Bar Manager

Are you a seasoned hospitality leader ready to take the helm of a bar operation? BYC is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll manage bartenders and servers, create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and ensure smooth operations during our Wednesday through Sunday service hours. You'll report directly to our board of directors, giving you a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our establishment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and schedule bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bar operations, inventory management, and cash handling
• Maintain high standards for service quality, cleanliness, and compliance
• Manage guest relations and resolve any concerns with professionalism and grace
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance our bar program
• Train staff on beverage knowledge, mixology, and customer service best practices
