Seeking a personable and experienced Bar Back for a premier entertainment and dining venue. Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across various service formats, including showroom, à la carte dinners, and banquets. Maintains knowledge of signature drinks, manages POS orders, stocks and cleans the bar, and ensures compliance with liquor laws. Collaborates with staff to deliver seamless guest experiences and assists with large event setups. Requires prior bartending experience, strong guest service skills, and current alcohol certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. This role offers opportunities to contribute to a vibrant beverage program in a dynamic environment. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
