As a Bartender & Guest Experience Specialist at the Shack, you’ll help create a fun, upbeat bar experience that fits the Wing Shack culture. You’ll serve local beer, craft cocktails, and great hospitality while supporting the team across the restaurant.

What You’ll Do:

Create a welcoming bar experience for every guest
Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly
Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
Work with the team to support food service, guest needs, and restaurant flow
Bring positive energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift

Take orders and assist with front-of-house duties, including any closing needs

Ensure a seamless guest experience on the front end of the restaurant

Work with the team to support the entire guest experience, including refreshing drinks, cleaning, taking orders, running food, maintaining the dining room, and any closing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Appropriate availability under the needs of the company
• Appropriate transportation plan to attend shifts as scheduled according to the provided availability
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in the job description and training materials
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow recipes, standards, and safety guidelines
• Prior alcohol service or bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but a great attitude and personality matters most
