Baptist Medical Group - Anderson Physician Alliance is seeking a Urologist to join an established and growing Urology program serving East Mississippi and West Alabama.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a market with significant unmet demand. The region is currently served by only two urologists, new patient appointments are booked through the end of 2026, and the market can readily support four urologists. The incoming physician will benefit from an established referral network, immediate patient volume, and strong organizational commitment to expanding Urology services.

- Comprehensive procedural mix including robotic surgery, MRI Fusion Biopsies, stone disease management (ESWL, PCNL, ureteroscopy), nephrectomies, laser procedures, UroLift, and endourologic procedures
- On-site Interventional Radiology

Regional Referral Hub
Baptist Anderson serves as the primary referral center for an 8-county rural service area encompassing approximately 240,000 people. Many surrounding communities have limited access to specialty care, creating a strong referral base and sustained demand for Urologic services.
