HOW WILL YOU IMPACT OUR MISSIONThe Banquet Worker provides customers with table service this position assists in making assigned facility efficient and attractive to the public. This position reports to Retail Management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serves orders for food and beveragesPrepares some food items such as salads and saucesAssists in escorting guests to and from scheduled activitiesAdvises guests regarding menu itemsAssists guestsAnswers guests' questions regarding the Zoo and Safari ParkGreets guestsCloses down event in a timely mannerFollows standard inventory proceduresAdheres to all SDZWA and department policies and practicesPerforms related duties and responsibilities as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThe ideal candidate will obtain an RBS Certification and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of starting the position.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Catering/Banquet experience is required
Some bar tending experience is required
