JOB SUMMARY
The Banquet Server will work part -time with the Food and Beverage team to facilitate group events and banquets. Duties will involve assistance with set up and breakdown, service of food and beverage items, cleaning, and restocking. Each team member ensures that the venue is clean, organized, and ready for the start of functions. They will follow instructions from the Banquet Captain to ensure the quality of food and excellent service throughout their assigned shift.
