Key Responsibilities- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and layouts.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting rooms between courses or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
