Looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Come join the excitement in Downtown Fort Wayne! The Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Northern Indiana's premier convention hotel, is seeking experienced On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team.

This position is very part-time and event-based, with shifts scheduled on an as-needed basis. Monthly schedules are provided based on business needs and event bookings. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The Hilton Fort Wayne is connected to the Grand Wayne Convention Center and serves as its exclusive catering partner under a long-term contract.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibilities

• Set up functions according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including table setup, silverware placement, napkin folding, beverage preparation, and centerpiece placement.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of linens, silverware, glassware, and banquet areas.
• Set tables correctly and uniformly and maintain professional buffet presentations.
• Greet and serve guests according to established service standards.
• Assist with all aspects of banquet service.
• Refresh function rooms during breaks and throughout events.
• Break down tables, chairs, stages, and equipment following events.
• Return equipment to designated storage areas in clean condition.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with guests, vendors, and fellow team members.

Position Details
This is an on-call, very part-time position intended for individuals seeking flexible supplemental income. Work hours will vary based on event schedules and business demands.
