THE TEAM

Our Food & Beverage team is dedicated to creating exceptional dining and event experiences for every guest. Working closely with Banquet and Restaurant leadership, this role plays an important part in delivering seamless service during functions, receptions, buffets, and special events while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

YOUR ROLE

As a Banquet Server, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by providing attentive and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring all event requirements are executed to the highest standards. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Food & Beverage operations to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational excellence, and support the success of each function from setup through breakdown.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Prepare function rooms, tables, stations, and service areas in accordance with hotel and departmental standards.
• Deliver food and beverage service courteously, efficiently, and professionally throughout assigned events and functions.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while complying with all applicable liquor regulations and company policies.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create positive guest experiences at every interaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menus, beverage offerings, event requirements, and service procedures.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, buffet stations, and other function-related services.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and take appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and proper storage of all work areas, equipment, and supplies.

• You have experience delivering food and beverage service within an upscale, luxury hotel, banquet, or restaurant environment.
• You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• You are highly organized, pay close attention to detail, and can remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• You can confidently operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle basic cash and payment transactions.
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• You exercise sound judgment and demonstrate responsibility when serving alcoholic beverages.
• You are able to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting, and moving throughout service areas.
