What You’ll Do
- Set up, maintain, serve, and break down banquet events following brand standards, and local health standards
- Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and ensure a positive experience
- Run food, serve plated meals, and assist with beverages, appetizers, and buffet setups
- Follow banquet event orders, “clean as you go” practices, and proper alcohol and cash handling procedures
- Communicate with supervisors, event organizers, and other team members
- Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, and food storage

- Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift 30+ lbs
- Safety-minded and able to follow processes and standards
