The Hilton Daytona Beach is looking for responsible and motivated service professionals to join its banquet team. This is a PART TIME position. Hours vary based on events. Weekends are a must.
As a Banquet Server / Bartender, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel''s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
- Relay banquet requests to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
- Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
