    Job Title: Banquet Manager

    Location: Monroe, Louisiana

    Salary: $50,000 to $65,000

    The Role

    Run banquet service across multiple events at once, training the team to deliver the highest level of service and bringing finesse and fresh ideas to set-ups, presentation, and creative events.


    Qualifications

    • Prior banquet captain experience required
    • Experience in a high-end hotel setting, managing multiple simultaneous events
    • Strong leader and trainer, self-starting and self-managed
    • Creative, with an eye for polished banquet set-ups and high-end presentation
    • Working knowledge of COGS for food and labor
