Salary: $45,000 per year plus monetary incentives for meeting sales goals.
Availability: Position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Create detailed event proposals.
- Supervise and participate in the setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage lead and motivate staff.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events or reservations.
- Provide customer service to campground guests.
- Ensure events and park follow all health and safety regulations.
- Manage campground staff and park operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet driving standards.
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug test including THC
- Knowledge of bartending and liquor laws.
- SERV Safe Manager Certification. (May be obtained after employment.)
