About the Role
You will lead event service teams from setup to close ensuring every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed.
Responsibilities
• Oversee event setup timelines and team assignments
• Support floor management during meal service and transitions
• Work with chefs and event planners to maintain flow and timing
• Train and motivate team members to deliver premium guest experiences
Qualifications
• Strong background in banquets catering or hospitality
• Excellent leadership and attention to detail
• Dependable and adaptable to changing event needs
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay ranges from 15 to 19 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel
