About the RoleYou will lead event service teams from setup to close ensuring every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed.
Responsibilities• Oversee event setup timelines and team assignments• Support floor management during meal service and transitions• Work with chefs and event planners to maintain flow and timing• Train and motivate team members to deliver premium guest experiences
Qualifications• Strong background in banquets catering or hospitality• Excellent leadership and attention to detail• Dependable and adaptable to changing event needs
