The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service at banquet events, weddings, conferences, and special functions. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service standards, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and delivers outstanding guest service to create a memorable event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and event requirements.
- Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Set up and break down banquet bars before and after events.
- Maintain adequate inventory of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
- Process transactions accurately when applicable.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout events.
- Assist banquet staff with event operations as needed.
- Report any guest concerns or incidents to management promptly.
