    THE TEAM

    Join our Private Dining and Banquets team, where we create exceptional experiences for weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and special functions. Reporting to the Banquets Manager and working closely with the Banquet Captain, you will collaborate with banquet servers, captains, and hotel leadership to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

    YOUR ROLE

    As a Banquets Bartender, you will play an important role in creating memorable event experiences through exceptional beverage service and genuine hospitality. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation, and ensure responsible alcohol service while contributing to the smooth execution of every event.

    HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

    • Set up banquet bars according to event specifications and company standards.
    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional guest service.
    • Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar operations throughout events while monitoring inventory levels.
    • Partner closely with banquet servers, captains, and management to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Complete all opening and closing duties, including inventory, reporting, sanitation, and securing beverage storage areas.

    COULD THIS BE YOU?

    • You have bartending experience in a hotel, banquet, restaurant, or event environment and enjoy delivering outstanding guest experiences.
    • You possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic offerings.
    • You hold, or are able to obtain, the required alcohol service certification and understand responsible beverage service practices.
    • You communicate confidently with guests and colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
    • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling beverage inventories, cash transactions, and reporting responsibilities.
    • You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and both indoor and outdoor events.
