Lead and support Banner Finance implementations for colleges and universities.
Consult with higher education customers to deliver successful Banner Finance solutions.
Support customers through:

Help higher education institutions modernize finance processes using technology and Ellucian solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a thought leader and key contributor during Banner Finance implementations.
Lead and influence client teams at various organizational levels.
Provide guidance on industry best practices for Banner Finance implementation.
Ensure Banner Finance solutions align with:
Institutional processes
Academic requirements
Business needs
Support customers transitioning from existing finance systems to Banner Finance.
Provide implementation and ongoing consulting support.
Advise customers on change management during system transitions.
Perform and document business process reviews and analyses.
Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
Discuss adoption of recommended Banner Finance practices with customers.
Communicate business requirements and findings to implementation teams.
Work collaboratively with clients to maximize the value of Banner Finance and other Ellucian solutions.
Collaborate with Finance consulting resources to support continuous improvement.
Refine consulting delivery materials and participate in team activities.
Identify and communicate internal process improvement opportunities.
Participate in company-wide cross-departmental initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
Strong understanding of:
Finance standards
Accounting standards
Finance and accounting practices within higher education
Experience working with accredited higher education institutions.
1–2 years of consulting or training experience.
Experience with:
Team training
System implementation
Collaborative learning/teaching
Hands-on Banner Finance experience is required.
Strong ability to explain technical and functional solutions to diverse customers.
Ability to train customers and ensure effective application adoption.
Self-motivated and disciplined with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
