Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney: Sophisticated Insolvency Disputes in Fort Lauderdale

Our client, a well-regarded Broward County firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Fort Lauderdale office. The group handles adversary proceedings, contested matters, and related commercial disputes in bankruptcy and insolvency cases across South Florida.

This is an in-office role in Fort Lauderdale, where you will work closely with partners and a collaborative litigation team.

What You'll Do

• Litigate adversary proceedings and contested bankruptcy matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in bankruptcy and related forums
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings
• Advise clients on litigation risk in insolvency contexts
• Work with partners on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of bankruptcy litigation or commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Comfort managing files with meaningful independence
• Commitment to working in office as part of a collaborative team
