This position is located at our headquarters on River Drive in Moline, Illinois, featuring a comfortable office environment and an on-site fitness center. Summary of Position:As a Bankruptcy & Legal Specialist, you will oversee bankruptcy accounts from initial notification through dismissal, discharge, or other resolution. You will review filings, monitor deadlines, prepare and submit required documentation, and work closely with attorneys, trustees, members, and internal teams to protect the credit union's interests while ensuring all actions comply with bankruptcy laws and regulations.This position will primarily focus on Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases.
