We are a professional staffing firm seeking a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant to support attorneys managing high-volume caseloads involving mortgage banking, consumer finance, and real estate matters.
Responsibilities include drafting proofs of claims, reviewing pay histories, managing case files, updating client software systems, and communicating with attorneys, clients, and third parties.
The role requires at least 3 years of legal experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in the mortgage or title industry.
The position offers a starting pay of $26.00/hour, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k).
