We are seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our legal team. As a Bankruptcy Attorney, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the bankruptcy process, providing legal advice, and representing them in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with filing for bankruptcy and creating repayment plans
• Provide legal representation in bankruptcy court hearings
• Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and regulations
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on the best course of action based on their financial situation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Proven experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
