Description
Must-Haves:
Active admission to the Georgia bar for State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts, with CM/ECF filing credentials.
Ability to travel to courts throughout Georgia as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters.
Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with teams and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience collaborating with senior management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Review notices, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Prepare and respond to written inquiries and disputes.
Attend and argue motions and hearings before Georgia courts.
