Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts
• Draft pleadings, motions and claims in bankruptcy court
• Pursue collection, enforcement and creditors' rights remedies
• Advise clients on risk and recovery strategy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of bankruptcy and creditors' rights experience
• Active bar license in good standing: Connecticut
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
