Banking Python Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:
" Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
" Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
" Facilitates complex problem resolution.
" Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
" Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Must Have Technical Skills:
" 1 - Python Development
" Strong hands-on experience in Python (3+ years typical)
o Proficiency in:
" OOP concepts, modular design o Data structures and algorithms
" Package management and dependency handling
o Experience building scalable applications and utilities 2- Test Automation Frameworks
o Experience with at least one Python-based automation stack:
" PyTest / unittest frameworks
" Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
" Playwright (modern web automation) 3- Automation Coverage
o Ability to automate:
" UI testing (web apps)
" API testing (REST services)
" Integration / system testing
o Good understanding of:
" Test design (BDD/TDD concepts)
" Test data management
" Assertions and validations 4- QA Testing
o Create and Execute Manual testcases for both UI and backend applications
o Experience using Jira and generating Test summary reports.
