Banking & Finance Associate Attorney (2-3 Years) - Dallas, TX

A Dallas, TX business law firm is adding a Banking & Finance associate with 2-3 years of experience. You'll work on financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, taking on real responsibility on deals from term sheet through closing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and related financing documents
• Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and finance transactions
• Manage closing checklists, due diligence and closing deliverables
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys throughout each deal

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2-3 years of banking and finance experience (lender- or borrower-side)
• Strong drafting, organization and communication skills
