Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM

Responsibilities for the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
Assist customers with online and digital banking inquiries
Troubleshoot account access and online banking issues
Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information
De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Document customer interactions and resolutions
