Banking and Financial Services Attorney

An Am Law 200 firm is growing its Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice in Boulder, in north-central Colorado. You'll work closely with two partners, advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues. You'll also support investigations and supervisory matters and help review clients' compliance management systems. A competitive compensation package, including bonus, comes with the role.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulation and compliance
• Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Strong background at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm, with a very stable resume
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with excellent judgment
• Interest in contributing to client alerts, speaking, and business development
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
