Job Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Verify customer account information and identification.
- Provide professional customer service and assist with account questions.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow banking procedures.
- Protect customer confidentiality and follow security guidelines.
- Report discrepancies and resolve routine transaction issues.
