Banding/Packing – Goshen
Pay: $18/hr starting
Schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Banding/Packing Team Member to prepare finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physical, hands-on position involving packaging, banding, material handling, and use of hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Wrap, band, label, and secure finished products for shipment.
- Safely move carts and completed skids to staging/shipping areas.
- Repair or rebuild skids as needed.
- Use banding tools, staplers, hammers, and other hand/power tools.
- Read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or tool experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and transportation required.
- Steel-toe shoes and required safety gear.
- Must be comfortable working around forklifts, carts, and moving equipment.
