Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instrumental music instruction.
Direct band ensembles and prepare students for performances, competitions, and community events.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports student growth.
Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, families, and the community to enhance student success.
Assess student progress and implement strategies to support continuous improvement.
Develop students leadership, teamwork, discipline, and musical performance skills.
Serve as a positive ambassador for the schools music program and the district.
