At Northwest Center @ Amazon, we believe meaningful workplace experiences are built through moments of connection. Through programs that promote wellness, community, and belonging, we create opportunities for thousands of employees to engage with one another and feel more connected to where they work.
One of the most recognizable and well-loved of these initiatives is the Banana Program in partnership with Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF). It is more than free, healthy snacks, the program creates positive daily experiences while fostering connection and community across North America. We're looking for an energetic, people-focused leader to help shape the future of this beloved program.
As our Banana Program Community Engagement Manager, you'll lead a high-impact team responsible for delivering an experience that employees know, appreciate, and look forward to each day. You'll build strong partnerships, champion program growth and innovation, and help create meaningful moments of connection throughout Amazon's workplace community.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a program that employees genuinely value. You'll develop and inspire your team, strengthen stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and help shape the future of a highly visible program that positively impacts thousands of employees.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, developing people, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences. Whether your background is in workplace experience, community engagement, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, or customer-focused program management, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a program with a unique mission and a passionate team.
