Baler/Compactor Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Traveling to customer sites for installation troubleshooting repair and maintenance of recycling equipment and controls.

• Researching machine issues using recycling equipment manuals technical documents internal and vendor resources.

• Documenting the status of machine issues repairs and installations for both the company office and customers.

• Performing preventative maintenance on customer's recycling equipment.

• Providing after sales technical support and machine maintenance training to customers.

• Maintaining an in depth knowledge of the recycling equipment industry and the product lines represented by the company.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED.

• Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Organized and professional attitude.

• Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics ability to read and interpret drawings.

• Ability and willingness to learn.

• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.

• Physical fitness to meet the job requirements.

• Flexibility to work varying hours.
