Responsibilities:
Mix and prepare dough for traditional Middle Eastern breads and savory pies.
Shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads and baked goods.
Bake cookies and other specialty items.
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the bakery.
Assist with ingredient preparation and daily bakery operations.
Qualifications:
Bakery or food production experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and product quality.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
