Pay: $15.00 per hour
Croix Bakehouse is an artisan bakery specializing in sourdough breads, croissants, pastries, and focaccia sandwiches.
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated team members to handle bakery production and daily service operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their work, stays organized, works well with others, and is eager to learn new skills. Training will be provided to ensure consistency with our bakery's procedures and quality standards.
We are considering one or two team members, depending on candidate availability and staffing needs.
Applicants may choose to be considered for 2 or 4 days per week.
Available Shifts:
Monday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Bakery Production
Tuesday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Bakery Production
Wednesday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Bakery Service
Thursday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Bakery Service
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Candidates interested in working two days per week are welcome to apply. Please indicate which days you are available.
Bakery Production (Monday & Tuesday)
Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, toppings, and other bakery components according to established recipes.
Accurately measure, portion, and organize ingredients and supplies.
Complete assigned daily production tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Follow established preparation procedures and quality standards.
Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstations.
Ensure assigned production tasks are completed and work areas are ready for the next day's operations.
Bakery Service (Wednesday & Thursday)
Prepare focaccia sandwiches following established recipes and quality standards.
Package pastries, breads, sandwiches, and customer orders.
Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Restock ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and equipment.
Clean and sanitize workstations and service areas.
Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks.
Work cooperatively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food preparation environment is a plus.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks after training.
Comfortable working on your feet in an active, fast-paced bakery environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team-oriented with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
Availability to work at least two of the scheduled days.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 2 or 4 days per week, depending on availability and staffing needs.
Hours: Approximately 12 29 scheduled hours per week, depending on assigned shifts.
