Bakery Production Operator:
Choice Bakery is currently hiring a Full-Time Production Operator to join our growing team. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday.
- 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment.
- Ensure products are produced efficiently while meeting quality standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Monitor production lines and quickly address product buildup, equipment jams, or workflow interruptions.
- Assist with routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Understanding of food safety and handling practices preferred.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Compensation: Pay is based on experience.
