The manager has full accountability for developing and maintaining an environment where there is a true commitment to providing the best possible service to our guests while also maintaining the highest quality standards for our products.

Requirements:
-Possess a strong sense of teamwork and ability to influence team members
-Has the ability to work well under pressure & work with a sense of urgency
-Fits the Nothing Bundt Cakes Culture & can develop that same culture in the team
-Strong sales ability
-Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail
-Outgoing and friendly personality
-Has Integrity
-Takes Initiative

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
